Made to order
Your garment enters production. A fixed completion date is not promised before fulfillment confirms it.
Carrier tracking
When a tracking number is assigned, the secure status page links to the carrier’s latest scans.
Open your secure tracking surface
Use the “View your order” link in the Shopify confirmation email. Signed-in customers can also review eligible orders in their account. Shop app tracking availability depends on the order and device.
