Track Live Order
Shopify sends a secure order-status link to the email or phone used at checkout. That page shows order status and carrier tracking after fulfillment.
Made to order
Your garment enters production. Shopify may continue to show the order as confirmed until fulfillment supplies shipment details.
Carrier tracking
When a tracking number is assigned, the secure status page links to the carrier’s latest scans.
Open your secure tracking surface
Use the “View your order” link in the Shopify confirmation email. Signed-in customers can also review eligible orders in their account. Shop app tracking availability depends on the order and device. Items produced by different facilities can ship separately, and some services may not provide tracking.
