These Terms of Service govern purchases from BiggestBuy. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to Shopify's checkout terms where applicable.

Products and made-to-order production

BiggestBuy sells original graphic apparel. Items are produced to order through our fulfillment partners. Product colors and printed output may vary slightly between screens, garment batches, and production methods.

Prices, payment, and order acceptance

Prices, currency, taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and available payment methods are shown in Shopify checkout before payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order; we may cancel and refund an order affected by stock, production, pricing, fraud-screening, or technical errors.

Customer responsibilities

Please review the garment, color, size, delivery address, and personalization details before ordering. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information and use the store only for lawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, BiggestBuy artwork, branding, copy, and storefront materials are owned by or licensed to BiggestBuy. Purchase of a product does not transfer reproduction or commercial-use rights.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, BiggestBuy is not responsible for indirect losses outside the reasonable control of the parties. These terms are governed by Finnish law, without removing any mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
