Shipping policy

BiggestBuy garments are produced to order. Production begins after an order is accepted, so fulfillment time is separate from carrier transit time.

Destinations and rates

Destinations, shipping services, charges, taxes, and current delivery estimates are calculated and shown in Shopify checkout. A free-shipping offer applies only when it is displayed as available and accepted in checkout for that order.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, Shopify sends it to the email or phone number used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear. Customers can also review eligible orders through their Shopify customer account or the Shop tracking service.

Addresses, delays, and delivery issues

Please verify the complete delivery address before payment. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, and other events outside our control can affect estimates. If tracking is stalled or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location and contact the carrier, then email info@biggestbuy.com with the order number.
