Shipping policy

BiggestBuy currently ships to United States delivery addresses only. Every garment is made to order, so production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Destinations and rates

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 USD or more. The free-shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout. Orders below $75 are charged the shipping rate displayed before payment.

Production and delivery estimates

Most orders leave production within 2–7 business days after submission to production. Standard U.S. delivery typically takes another 2–5 business days after production for most products. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak periods, stock interruptions, carrier disruption, or a quality recheck.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories can require an additional 7–12 business days. APO, FPO, and DPO deliveries can require an additional 15–30 business days, and carrier tracking may stop updating after the package reaches the military postal hub.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, Shopify sends it to the contact information used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear. Items produced by different facilities may ship separately and arrive at different times, with separate tracking details. A limited number of shipping services may not provide tracking.

Addresses, delays, and delivery issues

Please verify the complete delivery address before payment and contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Corrections are possible only before production begins. If a package is returned because the supplied address was inaccurate or incomplete, replacement or reshipping may require an additional charge.

If tracking is stalled or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, verify the address, check the delivery location, and contact the carrier or local post office. If a domestic U.S. shipment remains undelivered for 30 calendar days after its estimated delivery date, email info@biggestbuy.com promptly with the order number and no later than seven days after that point.
