BiggestBuy apparel is made to order. Please review the garment size chart and selected variant carefully before buying.

Damage, defects, and misprints

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially misprinted, contact info@biggestbuy.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Wrong item or fulfillment error

If you receive a garment, color, size, or design different from the order confirmation, report it within 30 days with photos so we can investigate and correct the fulfillment error.

Change of mind and customer selection

Because each item is produced for the order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, an incorrectly selected size or color, or a change of preference. This does not remove any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

Before returning anything

Do not send an item to the manufacturing or return address without instructions from BiggestBuy. Unapproved returns may not be identifiable or recoverable.
